Recipe for Terrorists: Terrorists are government tools to create terror in their citizens. It works like this: Create an "enemy". Have "enemy" attack citizens. Exaggerate issue with lots of propaganda. Now lie to citizens that you will "protect" them by taking away some of their rights. Lie all the while you are pigging away at the treasury trough and then bill the citizens for your thievery. Become dictator.
