Dell sells poor quality products now!!!!!!!!!!
When you try to contact Dell about a problem they don't respond at all. One department blames another until you get fed up. They don't repair, they replace broken tv's with another repaired tv but they charge almost as much for the replacement tv as it costs for a new one. I'll never buy a Dell product again. Today all Dell cares about is how much money they can make but you are now seeing the result of the way they treat the comsumer. The consumer will no longer buy Dell because of the poor products and service. Dell is going to fail because they don't care about the consumer.
