Its a

difference between the aspect of 'privacy of information, and in regards to the 'use (wether display of notification or not) 'information liberalisation.

The mere statement of saying notification of what intended purpose is admission of the 'liberalisation of private information.''

So they are different,liberalisation of information(information liberalisation),and information privacy.

Somehow when data is quantified,the mere fact of this seems to languish it the same of the mentioned 'private information.The idea will get past for a while,but merely coordinating a formula for quantitative mention does not relate to the person of the data,or justification of 'information liberalisation.

It should be noted this can create an underclass of clause causing cases where the person of the information was the purpose,with liberalization of that being suspect.

Information liberalisation is 'misinformation on the part of its opposite 'information privacy.It simply switches ,discussion,purpose,and person.
