1) Device that detects if anti-camera measures are being used. (So if the terrorists disable the cameras they attract attention to themselves)

2) Passive cameras that can't be detected.

3) Fake "cameras" that draw the blur beam while the real cameras several feet away film un affected.

Count to 10.. slowly. Calm down.
There is nothing we can do about it so why get upset?
