parody?
"MightGrowSoft" might be parody (good one at that), but I am pretty sure "MikeRoweSoft" was just a high school kid's attempt at being cute, rather than attempting to actually be parody and poke fun at Microsoft. If his site had actually been a parody site, rather than an attempt at a legitimate business, he might have more grounds, as well.

Instead, his "clever" name has gotten him a lot of free publicity (and MS bad publicity), but the law does not seem to be on his side in this case. His attempt does not seem to be to "make fun of people", but rather, and this quote is pulled straight from his site today:

"All along I have just wanted to prove a point that the small guy can win against the giant corporations."

So, anyway, Dave, how is Otto these days?
