But then I guess you never looked into buying an established business. You pay a lot for that sign above door if the name is established. In an interview with this kid he claimed exactly that.

He did the work establishing a name based on his name and took advantage of the pronuctiation of his name. This sort of thing happens all the time. MS should get over it and move on as it's not even a trademark violation.
