That would not be the only cost. Let's count them up:

1) Time and effort for Mike to register a new domain name

2) Time and effort for Mike to make his current customers aware of the domain name change

3) New business cards

Given the small size of his business, I would value these costs (including the cost of the domain name) at $500.
