Tech jobs up in July

Don't worry folks, on Monday we'll hear more about jobs being offshored.: Offshored or simply cut.

It's a downward spiral and they are simply choosing NOT to be supportive or doing a darn thing to change things around, to turn the corner to get back to the correct direction.
