Can you tell me specifics of IT position?
For last 6 months I am looking for a job in the IT industry in US. I was working for a software development company doing technical support, implementation and testing. Now even after learning new programming languages like C# & Java. You are correct, it is tougher finding an entry level jobs in development. But at the same time, IT support/network sector jobs also demands certifications and specialization in CISCO, Microsoft, etc. My question to any one is when we are discussing about IT jobs can you specifically point out which IT sector is being outsourced? Is it the programming positions, design, network support, DBAs, etc? Thank you once again for all the good information I am receiving from this message.
