entry level is very important
entry level jobs are important too.
Nobody became a top level engineer overnight. At somepoint he/she was a entry level engineer.
Cutting off all entry level is like cutting off the next supply of people. Who will join an IT career if there are no jobs (entry level jobs) when you graduate.
