And substantial amount of higher-level work is moved offshore
Do not be glad at this news too early guys. The sad news is: a large amount of higher-level jobs is also moved offshore by your greedy bosses. Microsoft, for example, has moved its MSN and Windows Mobile development work here in my country. My friend at xxx company recently sent me the source code of MSN messenger and it is really messy after my briefly browsing.

As your faithful friend, I have to give a warning to every American: do not send your kids
to schools learning IT related majors. Say no to CS, EE etc.
