I can't find qualified MCSE's
My biggest gripe is the lack of qualified MCSE's. We refuse to interview anyone who is not an MCSE. My motto is "No MCSE no workie". My rep and I came up with that one day while hanging out at dinner. We interview about 10 MCSE's a week and 99% of them do not make the cut. Our interviews are top notch. For example, we will put them in front of a broken Active Directory and tell them "fix this and assume Active Directory is not broken". Usually, I have one of my top-Top-TOP MCSE's sabotage the interview just for the entertainment of me and my rep. Still, when we find a good MCSE, we immediately throw him money and benefits and make him pledge allegiance to our infrastructure.
