FlashPaper
Funny you should mention PDF...

Macromedia Contribute has a driver that converts documents to a Flash format that they are calling FlashPaper. While converting from a document in its native format might not optimize its size as nicely as Acrobat can, you can always convert from an optimized PDF to a FlashPaper file that is usually about the same, or smaller size.

We're offering both PDF and FlashPaper to our clients who need to deliver semi-format-agnostic documents.
