What were those again? Oh, yes. Flash, Real and
Microsoft; "enhancements," "undocumented features,"
"proprietary hooks," with their attendant security
breaches, adware/spyware and virii.

QT ain't perfect but if perfect is the enemy of good
enough wht are we even discussing any of these solutions?
