i have a question...
how did you come to the conclusion that Alacritech was a small company? They musn't be too small if they can take on someone as big as MS and live through it, even for the short period of litigation.

I can't seem to find much info on them other than their website, which doesn't state numbers other than what they raised in financing. if you could point me to the details you have, i would appreciate it.
