Depending on project

SOmetimes your project manager wastes time with his/her brilliant ideas. We are not in the Army that we start clean up from this and this point and finish 6PM. Idiots get repay in private actions. Any manager should know motives that make employee tick. Threatening of a job loss does not work. Such an employee will make sure to blow at your managerial face with any possible action as you play low. Once again, find motivation and give tasks, find out struggles of your employee and then judge wether it was waste of time. We are not robots swinging with our hands to make impressions.
