just don't get it
"The little artist also likes this ruling."

Um the little artist's music isn't being infringed, the most popular stuff is downloaded the most, so where is your logic? The little artist is barely affected by this, and when he is it is only in a good way because they need the popularity rather than the $15 they would have gotten for the 1 copy they sold, minus the RIAA cut. I mean for god sake you would be better off performing in a bar and selling cd's at that point.

Ya, must be the clickers affecting the poll, maybe we should write a law about it right? Have the courts spend a few months on it, a few million dollars? Maybe that would make you happy. The only good thing in this is that our courts can't rule over other countries so maybe they have a chance to get it right......at our expense of course.

Just don't blame me when this country is on it's knees because of our red tape and regulations, and countries who don't believe in it crush us. Their costs are less, and their able to innovate more freely. We already have a tremendous trade deficit and people keep buying foreign products.

Ya and infringers do pay taxes, at ever turn. They pay taxes on everything they buy, including cd's, dvd'd, concert tickets contrary to your narrow views.

Infringers as you would call them, are the one's funding the music industry, they are the fans and the fellow musicians , they are the children that would become musicians and artists, simply because they like music etc......see you just don't get it, and i feel my words are wasted on ya.
