Reality... Your company, and other organizations with Microsoft's Software Assurance subscription, are NOT licensed to install Windows on new PCs. You may have Windows upgrade rights, but corporate Windows licensing programs do not include rights to install bootable Windows on new PC systems. So, you will want Windows pre-installed on new PC systems, regardless of your PC vendor.
