Another bad ruling.
When an "information service company" starts selling telecommunication service they become a "telecommunication service company" that offers information.

Justice Scalia, writing for the dissent, said that the FCC achieved its decision based on an "implausible reading of the statute" that as a result "exceeded the authority given it by Congress."

Yes, Justice Scalia, and they have done that quite a bit in the last 10 years or so.
