At least as, if not more, scary than what it bodes for consumer (no competition, ergo, higher prices, less service), the fact that the majority opinion stated that it was too technical an issue for the Court to handle and the FCC was more capable leads one to believe that citizens and companies can no longer appeal to the courts for redress of wrongs committed by a governmental agency and "This leaves federal telecommunications policy in this technical and complex area to be set by the Commission, not warring analogies." What is our justice system for if not to settle issues such as this. It's just too major an issue to leave up to some idiot bureaucrat.
