Beyond password resets, you have to get PAST the Tier-1's and get to a Tier-2.

Think of it like Chess. You have to knock the pawns out of the way, then the knights, then the bishops, etc... Until you get to the king and queen.

It's not just Cox. It's the way Help Desks run. Everywhere.
