the truth is, Telstra is just a mean as Microsoft. they make good business partners. At the moment Telstra runs this so-called "unlimited download" that has bandwidth shaping at 10gigs. At 10 Gigs your bandwith is shaped to 64kbps, but in reality the best i see after 10gigs is 800 bits per second. yes 800 bits/second!
how is Tel$tra going to have IPTV unless the charges go up considerably?
