It is saying that there is no absolute right or wrong
Correct. There isn't. The reason you still adhere to what is comonly perceived as right is the advantages it holds. People tend to like stability, like to know what they are expected to do in certain circomstances. You do not eat meat with your hands exept when it's chickenlegs. You do not burb and fart in public because it is rude.
A few thousand miles away the opposite is true. Not only do they eat with their hands but their code even describes wich hand to use so you are sure you do not eat with the hand you use to wipe your but with. I'm realy curious how you are going to decide wich set of moral codes is the " abslote right" one.

It's kind of arrogant to presume your set of ethics is the only right one. That's why it is true that right and wrong can be different in different cultures. Killing someone is wrong in a lot of cultures but then again there are cultures where killing someone to protect your honour isn't as wrong as just killing someone because you like to.

"Why should I follow your idea of morality?"
You do not have to. But.... if my idea of morality happens to be the prevelent one in the community we both live...not following it could mean major disadvantages for you. If you break rules I find escpecialy important it might even land you in jail!!!
