Framework?
There is no such thing as a " no framework"
person. You keep saying that religion is a
framework. It isn't. It can be the basis of a
framework however. The framework you are
speaking of is a combination of many things.
Upbringing, social influences, religion, the
absecense of religion, peers etc etc. All these
factors contribute to a persons framework of
moral codes. If you take out religion you still
have a framework. Moral codes develop and keep
developing during your entire lifetime. A
hundred years a go a women showing her ankle was
seen to be immoral. If a framework would be as
static as you seem to imply 99% of all females
are immoral these days. Religions tend to be
fairly static in their moral code (that's
actualy a strong point of religion and the main
reason religions tend to stay arround for a long
time) people know what the get when they adopt a
certain religious believe system. They know it
because it has been arround for a long time.
(wich is by the way the main reason why radical
new believe systems tend to die out quickly)

Your assumption that stallman has no framework
from wich to draw moral conclusions is therefor
flawed.
