Having witnessed the, how do you say it, proprietary software use and abuse of laws. SCO anyone?

Still I don't think Stallman has the answer to the problem. Maybe killing all lawyers would be more help.

The major flaw in Stallman's answer to the abuses of capitolism is that it's utopian dream. Communism failed to achieve that, democracy fail to achieve, capitolism fails to achieve that. Humans are just too lured by power that corrupts destroying this dream. It just can't work until we can accept that we don't have to better than our peers.
