Yet another attempt to lock in file formats.
Microsoft only wants raw files to work with Windows. The best thing will be to have this worked out by OpenRAW. Hopefully that will happen. Many of the creative types working with pictures are Max users and we need to make sure everybody can access the raw formats, including Linux users.
