Here is what is missed in this story.
It pains me to no end to see one of the best ways to avoid repetitive strain left out of EVERY article I've read over the years. It's this simple: Make sure you have your forearm to elbow fully supported. Meaning make sure your elbow is not hanging in mid air while using a mouse (typing too). Basically without elbow support your posture is going to match one of the no-no positions that cause neck, wrist, shoulder problems.
