Lawyers invented SPAM!
It was two lawyers advertising their INS services to newsgroups that started the spamming for sales.
The posted to every newsgroup.
They were set upon by the internet at large with email bombs and other DOS attacks for being such unethical internet citizens. So much so that they made the news. They were quoted as saying that while having their internet access interupted was a pain, their business had more than doubled.
It was that testimony to the effectiveness of spamming that started it all.
So I think that if justice is to be served, lawyers should not be allowed to do anything about the spam the get. Just suck it up.
