He's a lawyer, supposed to be defending the laws and helping people in this legal nutcase of a system.

He should have started with a class action suit; and not go on his own. But I'm not surprised, this method ensures greater profitability, should he win. (money is the most important factor in our society. Pity their jobs, as those of counselors, can't be offshored either. $66k just to tell a person he's nuts is ludicrous... and concocting and contriving laws just so somebody has to spend $100-$!!! per HOUR for some guy in a fancy suit to say "This is the only way it's going to work because they've got themselves lined up so well" is even worse. Not a good way to run a society, but then... nobody's perfect and we're not a society anyway.
