This won't do anything to stop terrorism.
Terrorism works on the principle of creating chaos by blowing things up. The terrorists involved in 9/11 were backed by Saudi oil money (Bin Laden was an engineer by training, belonged to a very rich Saudi family in the petrolium industry). Do you think the IRA or Sinn Fein is distribting this stuff? Perhaps in your mind stopping copyright infringement and piracy is more important than stopping the deployment of a dirty bomb (nasty improvised nuclear device)?

The Lucas film that was released was the digital cut frominside LucasFilm. It was known to hav been leaked from someone inside LucasFilm (who may have been fired or some other administrative action). This is completely unrelated to terrorism and is only being used to fan fear among the ignorent.

You would be amazed at how many explosive devices can be improvised from the contents of your local drug store, supermarket or hardware/home improvement store. There used to be guides (prior to 9/11/2001) on how to build a nuclear device found on the Internet.

Piracy and terrorism are not connected.
