what about the regular H1B's
When will filing/accepting of new applicants start for the regular h1bs (cap of 65K) for oct 2005 onwards? Also its mentioned here that "On Oct. 1, USCIS said it had already received enough visa petitions to meet the annual cap of 65,000 for fiscal year 2005." I assume thats for the year ending 2005 oct.
I am sure there are nto many with masters degree who could make up their mind with IT still not looking very healthy in US. But I am sure in another month the 20K will be full.
