Hey,
I worked there when he came on board and that is when the company took off.
After he left they seemed to bring in "Hired Guns" who really only cared about making as much money for themselves as they could.
Micro-manage everyone, warn about about how they would have to close if unions came in. Seems like the not having a union didn't help much with closing most of the North Sioux operations and other around the country while moving jobs to Mexico and over seas.
