Tech industry should support overtime for everyone beyond C3 employees
Instead of trying to cut costs by forcing people to do overtime for free, businesses would have to cut costs by increasing automation and use of technology. Tech would come out far ahead in the long run. Any resource that has a fixed cost leads to systematic abuse and is inefficient.
