- See it all day long

"So, I see on a daily basis people RUNNING in at 9 minutes after - they clock in, then go to the breakroom and make breakfast. By the time they actually start working, it's usually 25-30 minutes into their workday."
I've had co-workers complain how they 'work 9 and 10 hour days'. I see them come in, get coffee, eat breakfast, chat with someone else about their night/weekend, take a smoke break... then they've been there an hour before doing any work. Then it's a 1.5 hour lunch, then chatting with someone about TV/sports/whatever, get coffee, take smoke break, etc.
In the end, that "9-hour-a-day" person did only about 6 hours of work.
I work 7 to 8 hour days. I work those 7 to 8 hours.
(I will also work extra from home when needed.)
