More overtime tussles for tech companies?

i dont know of any laws that...: i dont know of any laws that require OT being optional. In some employee contracts is listed as required. I think its up to what the employee agrees to by company policy.

i get tons more money working many hours of overtime. of course i dont let them pull out but bare minimum for taxes always.
