Toshiba M35X-S149 Satellite Laptop
I bought the Toshiba laptop 2 yrs ago. I am partially disabled & can't sit at my desktop for long periods of time, therefore the laptop where I can use it while in bed. Over the past 6 mos I noticed it began to be extremely hot to the touch. Then approximately 4 mos ago, I turned it on; it loads, then shutsdown. I took it to BestBuy where I purchased it. The "geek" service person said, it was probably the battery adapter cord. I purchased a new one by Targus. $$!! It loaded, then shut down again. It has to be the battery then was the resolve. They had none on hand. Rather than pay the service charge & send it out, I ordered a replacement from a dependable rep online, received it. $$!! It charges, computer comes on, windows xp loads, then it shuts down again. AGAIN! So I have spent a good amount of money that I can say I have been very happy with for the first year & half; now the past 6 mos, I feel I have been knowingly taken by Toshiba Corporation via BestBuy. Can you give me some resolve to get in on this settlement? Thanks, ArtsiAnnie
