Lack of Microsoft technology is hurting..
IBM Global Services has a very lame Microsoft consulting group. I have talked to some of these folks with my rep and we both agreed these were paper MCSE's not capable of adding value to my business. With such poor Microsoft skills, it is no wonder IBM GS is in deep trouble. They have allowed themselves to be pigeon holed into Linux which is not growing and is in turmoil right now with all the issues around source code control. IBM should align with Microsoft Consulting Services at the earliest time and optimize their hardware for .NET applications. Until that time, I have instructed our receptionists to hang up on anyone that calls from IBM ever again.
