That means large profits.

Paying IBM for its expertise in structuring the connections between IT and the rest of the business.

A company which looks for those services is spending a great deal of money on an admission that the organization could not handle the problems of administering itself. The company that hires them has essentially given up on its internal efforts, no?!

Maybe hiring IBM for these services should be considered ipso facto proof that executives should be fired.

Just a thought.
