- When was the last time you looked at any "telecommunications" bill. Like your phone bill. Did you notice tere are more entries for taxes than there is for services? Collecting taxes is part of control of services. Control means you will be taxed. Please think a little more practicle, and beyond just the face of the issue. This move will undoubtedly bring on the breaucrats, and their taxes.
