Why should the internet be ANY different from other means of 'broadcasting'? Why shouldn't net phones, radio, TV and PPV movies broadcast over the net fall under the FCC? All of these services take up HUGE AMOUNTS of internet bandwidth. These companies do not care about how it affects the consumer NOT using the service.

I have always promoted treating internet access as a utility. Give access to EVERYONE free. Then charge according to useage. Those users or companies that hog the bandwidth should pay for what they use.
