Ah yes, money
the curtailer of pride and respect, the source of the greatest evils that perpetuates greed... another evil of men. And I am not speaking from a biblical context, but from observation of people with large quantities of money. I suppose it's a matter of what is really valuable to you. Me, I am a very wealthy man. I am debt free, which in turn means I have a lower level of stress. This influences my health, which has improved as well as my personal interaction skills. This is very valuable to me. I have the love of a good woman and my children as well as the rest of my family. That is the most precious thing I have, and it holds more value than some piece of paper with pretty colors and numbers on it.

Money can buy you many things, and this is the argument I hear every time. But in the end it will not buy you true love, true respect and true happiness. It's within you, and can never be sold or bought.

Anyhow, on another tact, I have seen how rude and disrespectful people become when they have lots of money. They feel they own everyone and that everyone should bow and scrape before them in platitude. Screw them, why should I respect those that show none for me?

Beneath each ?great CEO? are even greater people that do the actual labor and many times they do not see the rewards of that labor. Which is why you have disgruntled workers... and other issues in the work play. Not the main reason but a very powerful factor.
