Step 1 assign the project
Step 2 assign a completion date
Step 3 midway of project completion date check with employee on status
Step 4 on completion date ask for project results
Step 5 if project is completed pop the champagne and tap the keg and collect "OBSCENE PROFITS" made off the backs of obvious slave labor.
Step 5 (optional) if project is not complete, fire the bum and totally humiliate them in front of their peers and family.
