What Does the Fine Print Say?
Is Indigo a move to channel TCPIP protocols into the garbage
dump? What is this new thing again? WS-Security and WS-
Reliable Messaging? Hmm, anyone else smell something funny?
Thanks Microsoft for another peak under the skirt, but it's
getting old. I'm sure "WS-Don't Worry, Things Will be Fine" and
"WS-You Can Count on Us" will be triumphs of engineering?just
like other Microsoft software, but what's in it for me?

Are open protocols sliding out from under us while Longhorn
promises something "better". To what extent do the freedoms
of the worlds neural networks now depend on Microsoft's
promises. Are they sufficiently trustworthy? After we've taken the
logical step to upgrade to Longhorn, to what extent does our
internet-related networking happen within a Microsoft License?
