I've also had nothing but problems with it
Using IE to browse it but the site is utterly useless. All I get is irrelevant results.

There was a time when it was like gold. You'd get the information you need and more. Today I'm not sure what happened but it just tanked.

Google is the way to go. It will even bring to the page from Microsoft MSDN that you need.
