Buzzword of the week
Nobody wants one because no one can figure out what it is and that's because it's meaningless. Here's what has meaning to managers:

- I push the button, the little light comes on

- We can connect to our network from out on the road

- Who we call when something goes wrong

You start throwing bullbuzz like SOA and ROI and N-Tier Architecture and Object Oriented Development and their eyes will glaze over. I bet you could talk about SOA for 20 minutes and at the end someone will raise their hand and ask if they can still run WeatherBug.
