It looks good to you because you're a thief.

You aren't paying for licenses on all of the patents that you're infringing. Just like the people that you love to put down as "copyright thieves" because they make MP3 copies of their record collections to take to the gym, you're a "patent thief" who freeloads on the patented "intellectual property" of others.

Some people are just special: the rules that they expect everyone else to follow don't apply to them, so they see the rules as a very good thing. That is why you think that software patents are so wonderful.
