Big yawn from this high powered CIO...

As I look over the lay of my landscape here, I see rows upon rows of Windows servers. I see warehouses filled with Dell boxes, representing hundreds of more Windows servers I will COMMAND my MCSE's to provision. As I walk by the help desk, I see phones ringing off the hook and help desk queues backed up, further evidence that my Windows Anywhere, Anyway, Anyhow initiative from 4 years ago has been a raging success. As I talk to other CIO's have still have Sun gear, they just shake their collective heads IN AWE of me as I tell them these stories. They have envy because most of them only have a few servers while I have hundreds. My rep and I survey my datacenter and acknowledge to one another, albeit silently, all that we have accomplished.
