Sun license gets open-source nod

You won't be prosecuted because you won't be caught: And I'm sure they could care less if a small handful of hobbyists or students play around with the code. However I'm not sure that doesn't mean you won't be in violation. I agree with what you say about the GPL, but does the CDDL read the same way? Or does it say you cannot mix in GPL code at any time, whether it is released or simply just used?
