True..
but the way I interpreted the original post was that there were people from the Linux OSS camp actively defending Visual Studio in the forums. Just because there are projects their doesn't necessarily mean the Linux folk think it is "superior." Those could be done by Microsoft people. Sourceforge is open so that anyone can start a project in any language/compiler they want.

If I misinterpreted the original post, then I apologize.
