Ballmer must be refering to MICROSUCKS as the BAD GUYS, right ???
I mean what other company in HISTORY has been convicted of Worldwide violation of anti-trust laws and never received even a slap on the wrist??? MICROSUCKS and it's highly paid management are nothing more than CONVICTED common criminals stealing from society every chance they get, IMNHO. It should be obvious when you can literally BUY CAPITOL HILL with PACT money, that corruption abounds in the U.S. judicial system and Congress...

All we can hope for is that these criminals die a slow, painful death and burn in H*LL along with all the money they have stolen from society !!!
